Overview
Wolters Kluwer required a professional and clean exhibition stand for their corporate event. We handled the complete technical production and on-site installation, delivering a bright, illuminated booth space that clearly highlighted their brand messaging and medical partnerships.
Our Process
1. Technical Planning
We planned the booth layout and dimensions, ensuring the structural elements and electrical requirements fit perfectly within the designated exhibition area.
2. Stand Production
We built the main backdrop structure, integrating an internal lighting system to create a seamless, large-scale illuminated display (lightbox).
3. Print & Graphics
We managed the high-resolution digital printing for the display fabric, featuring the client’s branding, key text, and partner logos.
4. On-Site Installation
Our team handled the complete setup at the venue, which included laying the blue carpet, assembling the illuminated backdrop, and positioning the furniture before the event started.
