Overview
For the 6-day Rise Bootcamp (powered by X Fusion) in Antalya, the organizers needed a strong physical brand presence across their event spaces. We handled the complete technical production, delivering a branded stage setup, custom-printed backdrops, and an illuminated registration area to ensure a highly professional environment for their attendees.
Our Process
1. Stage Setup
We built and carpeted the main presentation stage, wrapping the front with custom-printed branded skirting and setting up the projection screen area.
2. Print Production
We managed the high-resolution digital printing for the large vinyl event backdrops, ensuring sharp colors and clear visibility for all sponsor logos.
3. Custom Registration Area
We produced and installed a custom illuminated registration desk (lightbox desk) to create a striking first impression for guests arriving at the venue.
4. On-Site Installation
Our team delivered all materials to the hotel and handled the physical assembly of the stage, backdrops, and welcome desk, making sure everything was perfectly aligned before the event kicked off.
