Overview
For the Gastrovision V special gathering, the organizers needed durable outdoor branding to showcase their event identity and sponsor network. We handled the quick and efficient production of their large-scale vinyl backdrops, ensuring a clean and professional look for their outdoor venue.
Our Process
1. Print Production
We managed the high-resolution large-format printing of the event graphics, ensuring all sponsor logos and event text were sharp and perfectly color-matched on the black vinyl.
2. Frame Setup
We prepared the necessary structural frames to securely hold the large printed materials in an outdoor environment.
3. On-Site Installation
Our team delivered the materials to the venue and completed the physical assembly and stretching of the vinyl backdrops before the guests arrived.
