Overview
The Turkish Rheumatology Congress (TRASD) was held in Antalya. The organization needed a technical partner to handle the stage setup, LED screens, welcome desks, and event signage. We managed the entire print production and technical installation to get the venue ready for the event.
Our Process
1. Technical Planning
We coordinated with the event organizers to map out the venue, determining the exact measurements and placement for the stage, LED screens, and branding materials.
2. Stage & LED Setup
We built the main stage platform and installed the large-scale LED screen system in the main hall for presentations.
3. Print Production
We handled the digital printing and production for all physical structures, including the large vinyl backdrops, welcome desks, direction signs, and the photobooth area.
4. On-Site Installation
Our team managed the transportation, assembly, and final installation of all equipment and printed materials at the hotel, ensuring everything was ready before the event started.
